Additional TipIf you have time to do some in-person shopping, Target, HomeGoods, Pier 1 Imports, Cost Plus World Market, and Hobby Lobby are great stores to look for seasonal holiday product and great deals on often-used home entertaining items like cake stands and serving trays!
- 16 ounces powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbp milk
- In a medium bowl, beat butter and vanilla on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add in powdered sugar and continue to mix.
- Add in a tablespoon of milk at a time; you may need to add more milk to get to your desired consistency.
- Frost cake and serve!
For other sweet treats, we recommend ordering custom sugar cookies to coordinate with the party theme (also, request a large heart sugar cookie to decorate the cake with). We also suggest mini cupcakes and heart-shaped marshmallows for the dessert table. For beverages, we recommend pink lemonade or rosé!
