Prepare perfect party decor.

Game Day Banner

Materials

  • Game Day banner by BellaGrey Designs
  • Jute twine
  • Mini clothespins

Directions

  1. Print out the banner at home or take the file to your local office supply store.
  2. Cut banner panels out.
  3. Attach the banner panels to jute string with mini clothes pins.
  4. Finish the look by adhering the string under the green megaphones.

Assemble

Pull it all together in just a few easy steps.

Timeline

 

6 Weeks Prior

Order invitations to mail (optional)

 

4 Weeks Prior

Order all paper party printables, favor bag iron-on vinyl footballs and custom cookies

Mail out invitations (or send digital invitations)

 

3 Weeks Prior

Purchase any party décor and favors items

 

1 Week Prior

Print out and assemble popcorn cones, cupcake toppers, the Game Day banner, favor bags, large Fieldhouse sign, water bottle labels, food labels, the table backdrop, and soda bottle tags

Orde cupcakes

 

1 Day Prior

Pick up cupcakes at local bakery, mini bottles of soda, green Kool-aide and water bottles

 

Day of

Decorate ½ of the cupcakes with cupcake toppers and the other half with mini plastic helmets

Set up party décor and dessert/food tables at least 3-4 hours prior to start of party, except refrigerated items

Set out all refrigerated items about 30 minutes before the party starts

Before going out to purchase party décor, shop your house for props.

To save time, purchase store bought cupcakes and dress them up with football helmets and cupcake toppers.
