Sparkling Apple Cider Rosemary Cocktail
- 1 Bottle Sparkling Cider & Spice (25.4 FL OZ)
- 1 Bottle Prosecco
- Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Gallon Fresh Apple Cider
- 1 Star Anise per serving
- Pour Sparkling Cider & Spice and the gallon of fresh apple cider into pitcher, add ice, and stir well.
- When ready to serve guests, add a spring of rosemary per serving and fill each glass 1/2 full with the mixed sparkling cider. Add 1 star anise per serving. The longer the star anise sits in the liquid the more flavor it will provide.
- Pour Prosecco into each glass for all guests wanting the alcohol version. This cocktail is great with or without bubbly, and will have your guests asking for more!

Sarah Sofia Productions shares its top tips for pulling off this event.
Use casual white dinnerware mixed with coup champagne glasses for a chic yet relaxed feel.
You can easily make your own table runner using craft paper, the Mesh Stencil Trio Grateful and a gold and white paint pen.
When I entertain, I always do my own floral design and often do it for parties and events I plan, which makes your occasion feel more intimate and special! Use flowers, vegetables, and fruits that are in season to create your beautiful Friendsgiving floral arrangement! Eggplants, magnolia leaves, persimmons, mums, artichokes, and gomphrena were just a few of the flowers used in the floral design.
Candles at varying heights add interest and dimension to your tablescape! Gold votives mixed with white candles in low ball glassware filled with acorns provide a chic modern look that is easy to pull off in your own home!
This Friendsgiving opted for non-traditional Thanksgiving food dishes, yet still very seasonal. This menu has it all from soup, to a modern twist on carved turkey, to delicious desserts!
Instead of serving your guests family style for dessert, have a dessert bar, which allows guests to mix and mingle and devour dessert at their leisure. The dessert table is another way to showcase part of the meal with fun decor elements, like gold pumpkins displayed in a glass vase, feather or floral arrangement, and simple garland like the acorn garland. Add a cute sign or printable, and personalized cocktail napkins to finish the look.
