Styling tips
One Stylish Party shares its top tips for pulling off this event.

Tip 1
Keep the party intimate by only inviting a few guests. This not only gives the girls a better opportunity to connect and play with each other, but it also allows you to make the details extra special for each guest.

Tip 2
Choose a party time that falls between meals so you can keep the menu simple. By hosting the party at 10 am or 2 pm, you can opt to serve light snacks and sweets, which is perfect toddler and preschool age guests.

Tip 3
Get creative with the color palette for your fiesta. Give the party a unique look by choosing soft, girly colors like white, with pops of light pink and mint green. To ensure it still looks like a fiesta, source traditional Mexican decorations, such as papel picado, piñatas and maracas in the set party colors.

Tip 4
Incorporate bright, seasonal florals in organic arrangements to give your fiesta a girly vibe. Accent the floral arrangements with small potted cactuses that can be displayed on the dining table and dessert display.

Tip 5
Provide opportunities for the guests to interact and play with each other! Make a fun, age-appropriate music play list and offer props, such as maracas and confetti, for the girls to play with during the party.
